Online Security Announcement
A computer virus (malware) called Zeus Bot is now circulating the internet. If your computer becomes infected, this virus may be capable of inserting a ‘fake’ page or screen after you login to on-line banking or when you're shopping on-line. This screen may ask you for your account number, social security number, passwords or other sensitive personal financial information.
DCSFCU will NEVER ask you to provide or confirm personal information of this kind while you are within our on-line banking system. If you have any questions or concerns about this virus, please contact the Credit Union.
If you are presented with an unfamiliar screen within on-line banking (or when shopping on-line) asking you for sensitive personal financial information, please:
- Do not enter any information
- Immediately exit home banking by closing the browser window
- Call the Credit Union for assistance
- Use a different computer to login to home banking and immediately change your
password
- Install or update the anti-virus software on your computer
- Call your computer manufacturer or anti-virus software technical support line
and ask for information about eliminating the Zeus Bot malware

Receive Alert Notifications by Email or Text:
Receive notification of transactions on your account such as loan payments, balances, or other transactions on your account. Reminders schedule loan payment reminders to be sent to you.

The information below will resolve most enrollment issues:
| Your "Login ID" is your member number. |
| A temporary password will be e-mailed immediately. If it is not received, please check your junk or spam folder. |
| You will establish a "Confidence Word" for added security and to personalize your login. This word will always appear above your password to verify you are on the DCSFCU home banking page. |
